Directions:
Smash a banana in a bowl with a fork until smooth
Crack an egg (optional, you can replace it with oat flour) into the banana and whisk together
Mix in a scoop of vanilla protein powder
Fry in coconut oil until slightly brown
Throw a few blueberries on top and serve with a side of Greek yogurt.
