This herbal tea can be used to quickly address situations where you need some instant relief from these problems. The ingredients support good digestion and relieve any excess gas in the system. Proper digestion prevents any further generation of acidic gases in the system. The tea also has a mild cooling effect and helps lower body heat, thus reducing any mental stress and restlessness very quickly and helping you regain focus.
The tea can be made at home very easily and does not require any special items.
Method 1: Add all the raw ingredients to a cup of boiling water and stir for a few seconds. Then, strain the tea with a normal strainer. The tea is ready to drink.
This is best for one time use.
Method 2: Grind the ingredients to a rough powder. Add the ingredients to a small, portable strainer and lock it. Now immerse the strainer in a cup of boiling water. Stir for a few seconds. The tea is ready to drink.
This is great if you want to quickly make a cup of tea. The ingredients can be ground and stored in an airtight jar and used whenever needed.
Drink the tea while it is hot.

- Cardamom (2 florets or 1/2 teaspoon ground)

- Jaiphal (Grated to a powder – 1 pinch)
- Fennel (1/2 teaspoon)
- Jaggery (1 teaspoon or as per taste)
- Boiling water (1 cup)
Choose organic ingredients as much as possible, as they have a more profound impact.
